Everything below is Full Support — the specific gear we stock and put in new homes. The category sections further down cover what else works if you already own it.

With z-wave switches — presence sensor plus one lighting load. About $120–150 with Lutron Caseta. Equipment is quoted per room, not per house.

Presence in most rooms, lighting on most loads, voice in 3-4, air quality in 2-3, locks and leak sensors. Cameras (Home+ and up) are quoted separately. Roughly 9 rooms.

Note on Nest: Nest thermostats work with Somni through Google's cloud API, but this means they require internet connectivity and a Google account. We can integrate them, but for new installations we recommend Ecobee or Z-Wave options for fully local control.
