Spatial Intelligence: Room adjacency modeled as a weighted directed graph. Dijkstra’s algorithm calculates influence propagation with configurable decay. Every weight is explicit configuration you can inspect — no models trained on your behavior. All processing runs locally on your hardware.

How It Works (For the Curious)expand
The Node: Your system runs on a node sized to your home, and every tier is additive — you add a node, you never replace one. The entry nodes (ZimaBlade 7700 at Essential, ZimaBoard 2 at Home) are fanless and about the size of a paperback book, drawing roughly as much power as a light bulb; they tuck into a closet or utility area. Home+ adds a small-form-factor second node for cameras and storage. Intelligence adds an NVIDIA DGX Spark or ASUS Ascent GX10 — a genuinely larger, actively cooled AI machine with 128GB of unified memory. It needs a bit more room and draws more power than the small nodes, and that’s the trade for running large AI models on hardware you own. Hardware is procured at cost plus 10%, invoice shown.
The Software: Runs Home Assistant—the most popular open-source home automation platform. All updates are tested before reaching you and can be rolled back instantly if needed.
The Connection: Your devices, automations, and history live on your local network. We connect securely for updates and monitoring. The AI assistant works at every tier — at Essential, Home, and Home+ it answers through cloud AI providers, so those requests do leave the house; at Intelligence it runs entirely on your own hardware and nothing leaves. Core automations work even when internet is down; remote access requires internet.
