Response Times
Response time = when we acknowledge and begin working on your issue. Resolution time varies by complexity.

Emergency Procedures
Lock Failure / Locked Out
Call or text immediately. We attempt remote unlock first (usually works). If hardware failure, we coordinate emergency locksmith and cover reasonable costs for same-day resolution. Replacement lock ordered immediately.
System Offline
Our monitoring detects outages within 5 minutes. We attempt remote restart automatically. If that fails, you're notified and we begin diagnostics. Hardware failure = replacement shipped next business day, on-site install within 48 hours.
Water Leak Detected
Instant push notification + email. Dashboard shows exact sensor location. If you don't acknowledge within 15 minutes, we call you directly. We can help coordinate contractor dispatch if needed.
Security Concern
Suspected unauthorized access? Call immediately. We freeze access logs for evidence, review entry history, and help coordinate with authorities if needed. All access data retained for 90 days minimum.

We fully service systems built with Somni-recommended hardware installed by our contractor partners. This ensures everything is installed correctly and we can troubleshoot effectively.
Bring your own device? We can often integrate existing smart devices, but we don't guarantee support for hardware we didn't specify. If an unsupported device causes issues, the fix may be replacing it with a supported alternative.
