Platform Foundation: SomniProperty runs on Kubernetes (K3s) with PostgreSQL database, Node-RED automation engine, and Home Assistant for IoT integration. All containerized, all open-source.
Self-Healing & Scalable Architecture: Kubernetes automatically recovers from failures, restarting crashed services within seconds and redistributing workloads as needed. For growing portfolios, add mini PCs to scale horizontally - the cluster distributes services across multiple nodes for better performance and redundancy.
